Where will I be staying?

Are there pet-friendly rooms?
Unfortunately, pet-friendly rooms are not included in this promotion. The only exception is for ADA-recognized service animals, which are always welcome.
Are there any other additional fees or hidden costs?
No. There are never any hidden fees when you travel on a Suncoast Guest Services promotion. At check-in, you’ll only be responsible for paying applicable taxes, resort fees, and parking fees if required, as well as providing a credit card for incidentals.
Are there any blackout dates or restrictions?
Your travel voucher is valid year-round, but availability is limited during peak travel periods such as major holidays and special events. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.

As part of this opportunity, this travel certificate includes accommodations for up to four people in a deluxe hotel room. Upgrades to larger accommodations, additional guests, and/or extended stays may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Check-in dates vary by destination. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel within the designated resort area. Availability is limited during peak seasons and holidays.
Eligibility Requirements
Travel must be completed within 12 months of the certificate's purchase or receipt, and a 90-120 minute preview presentation must be attended, by both parties, during the trip.
Limit one certificate per household or traveling party.
Married couples must be between 25 and 70 years old, with at least one spouse meeting the age requirement. Cohabitating couples may qualify by showing matching addresses on government-issued IDs or utility bills.
Minimum combined annual household income is $70,000. If one person is 60+ and retired, the requirement is reduced to $60,000.
A valid major credit card (not linked to a debit account) and acceptable credit history are required.
Must not be in active bankruptcy or have active liens on property.
Participants must be legal U.S. citizens and fluent in English without a translator.
A government-issued photo ID and a major credit card are required at hotel check-in.
Debit/credit-building cards not accepted.
A deposit or incidental hold may be required at check-in.
Costs
Participants are responsible for resort fees, taxes, and other charges ($30-$90 total), including room taxes ($10-$30 per night).
This offer excludes travel expenses such as airfare, transportation, meals, parking, and room incidentals.
